1. Scope and acceptance
“Think & Rich”, “the Service”, or “we” in this document means the Think & Rich website, article library, and related features provided by the operator of Think & Rich. “You” means a visitor or user of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party. If you do not agree, you should not continue using the Service.
Specific information shown at the time of a transaction—such as pack details, number of Seeds, price, currency, tax/fees, term, and promotional conditions—supplements these terms for that transaction. If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always prevail.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law of your place of residence. If you are under the required age or lack capacity, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The guardian is responsible, to the extent required by law, for the supervised person's use.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you access the Service. The Service must not be provided to anyone prohibited from receiving it under sanctions, trade restrictions, or other binding orders that apply to them.
3. Accounts and security
Some open content does not require an account. When account features are offered, you must provide accurate, up-to-date information and must not impersonate another person. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or authentication codes with others.
You are responsible for protecting your email, devices, login sessions, and one-time passwords. Notify us promptly through official support channels if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require reasonable verification before changing account details, restoring access, or handling transaction-related requests.
4. Service use rights and intellectual property
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service and use content for personal learning, reference, or lawful internal use.
Articles, translations, summaries, design, trademarks, software code, and other assets on the Service belong to the operator or the relevant licensor and are protected by law. Except where law permits or we give written consent, you may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit all or a material portion of the Service.
You may share links and make reasonable quotations with attribution, without distorting meaning or implying that Think & Rich endorses you. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not help others to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
- Bypass, disable, or evade sign-in, Seed limits, paywalls, rate limits, or security measures.
- Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to collect content, data, or user information in bulk without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decode, probe source code, or interfere with systems, except to the extent mandatory law allows.
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Manipulate views, likes, transactions, promotions, or other metrics.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent relationships, remove copyright notices, or use branding in a misleading way.
- Resell accounts, Seeds, content, or access without clear approval.
6. Content and professional disclaimers
Content is provided for general information and education. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice; it is not an offer to sell securities; and it does not guarantee profits, revenue, or specific outcomes.
Knowledge may change, depend on context, or contain errors despite editorial review. You must evaluate information yourself, verify sources, and seek appropriate advice before decisions with significant impact. Mention of a third party, product, or link does not by itself mean we endorse or verify that party.
Translations are provided to improve accessibility and may not capture every nuance of the original. If versions of these terms differ, the Vietnamese version prevails to the extent permitted by law; mandatory rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
7. Seeds, pricing, and payment
Seeds are digital access units used only for eligible features within Think & Rich. Seeds are not money, deposits, securities, investment assets, or payment instruments; they do not earn interest and have no cash value beyond rights that mandatory law recognizes. Promotional or trial Seeds may be subject to separate conditions disclosed when granted.
Before you confirm a purchase, the interface must show the material information that applies to the order, including pack description, number of Seeds, total price, currency, tax/fees, payment method, delivery timing, and any term or use limits. You are responsible for reviewing payment details and confirming only when you agree.
A transaction is complete only when the system or payment provider confirms success. Pending, failed, or canceled orders do not create a right to receive Seeds, except where payment was taken and mandatory law provides otherwise. New prices apply only to future transactions and do not alter completed ones. There is no automatic recurring charge unless that is clearly disclosed and you provide any consent required by law.
Purchased Seeds are valid for 365 days from the most recent purchase (or top-up). After expiry, purchased Seed balances can no longer unlock Seed-gated content; buying another eligible pack adds Seeds and resets the 365-day term for purchased Seeds. Promotional or trial Seeds may have separate conditions and expiry dates disclosed when granted. The current expiry date is shown in your account after sign-in.
8. No-refund policy
Before paying, you are responsible for reading these terms carefully and confirming the price, Seed count, 365-day validity, and other conditions shown at checkout. If anything is unclear, contact us via Chat, Email (support@think2rich.com), or the Contact button in the sidebar before you complete payment.
Once payment succeeds, you are taken to have read, understood, and agreed that Think & Rich does not refund for any reason. Digital content and Seeds are supplied for immediate use after payment.
If you are charged twice, payment succeeds but you do not receive Seeds, the Seed amount is wrong, or purchased content is inaccessible due to a Service error, submit a request through official support with the order ID, time, amount, and evidence. That is an operational correction, not a refund of a valid completed purchase. Promotional or gifted Seeds may expire or be revoked under published conditions.
9. Third-party services and content
The Service may use or link to payment providers, infrastructure, analytics, sharing tools, or third-party content. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control all third-party activity but remain responsible, to the extent mandatory law requires, for our selection, direction, or integration of providers.
10. Availability and changes to the Service
We may maintain, fix, add, change, or discontinue a feature to improve the Service, protect safety, comply with law, or address third-party rights. The Service may be interrupted by events outside our reasonable control.
When a planned change is likely to materially affect purchased access, we will try to give reasonable notice and provide remedies required by law, which may include continued access, substitute service, or an option to terminate. Completed payments are not refunded.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we have reasonable grounds to believe you breached these terms, created risk for the system or others, failed to pay lawfully, or where law requires it.
Except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm, fraud, or unlawful conduct, we will try to explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. You may request review if you believe a decision was mistaken. Termination does not erase obligations that have already arisen or terms that by nature should survive.
12. Personal data and privacy
Personal data must be processed according to the privacy notice provided at the point of collection and applicable law. Saved posts, favorites, preferred language, and related personal data are stored against your account on our systems so they can sync across devices when you sign in. Some reading display preferences (for example font size or warm background) may be remembered in your current browser.
No system is perfectly secure. Use trusted devices, protect the email that receives one-time passwords, and do not send sensitive information through unofficial channels. If an incident affects your rights, notice and remedial steps will be taken as required by applicable law.
13. Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or that all content will always be accurate, complete, or fit for your particular purpose.
This disclaimer does not exclude warranties, digital-service quality duties, or remedies that mandatory consumer-protection law applies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or reasonably unforeseeable loss arising from misuse of the Service, reliance on content instead of professional advice, independent third-party conduct, or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits it, including liability for fraud, intentional breach, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is not allowed, or mandatory duties owed to consumers. Each party must take reasonable steps to mitigate avoidable loss.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
Before formal proceedings, both parties should try to resolve matters in good faith through support channels, with a description of the issue, desired remedy, and relevant documents. Negotiation does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief or using complaint, court, or consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved in good faith fall within the jurisdiction of courts or authorities with competence under applicable law. No term forces consumers to waive venue or collective rights that applicable law does not allow them to waive.
16. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms when the Service, business model, or law changes. The update date will be shown at the top of this page. For material changes, we will try to give advance notice by reasonable means such as a notice on the Service or account email where available.
Changes apply from the date stated in the notice and do not retroactively reduce rights related to completed transactions, except where you agree or law requires otherwise. If you do not accept the new terms, you may stop using the Service before they take effect.
17. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary or severed; the remainder stays in effect. Failure by either party to enforce a right does not waive that right.
We may assign rights and obligations in connection with restructuring, merger, or transfer of the Service, provided your mandatory rights are not reduced. You may not assign your rights or obligations without consent, except where law allows.
18. Contact and operator information
Think & Rich is the name of the Service. Official support channels include on-site Chat, the Contact form, and email support@think2rich.com. The operator's legal identity, address, and support channels must be disclosed in the interface or at checkout before a paid transaction is opened. For a given transaction, use the channel shown in the order confirmation so identification and reconciliation remain secure.
When contacting us, do not send one-time passwords, passwords, or full payment-method details. Provide your account email (if any), URL, time, order ID, and a short description. See also the guidance in our FAQ.
