Frequently asked questions
Short answers on how to explore, read, and use Think & Rich. If you cannot find what you need, the support section at the bottom will help you gather the right details so your request can be handled faster.
01
Getting started with Think & Rich
What is Think & Rich?
Think & Rich is a library of distilled knowledge on mental models, frameworks, and business strategy, entrepreneurship, success stories, and principles of prosperity. Each piece is designed to help you grasp a clear idea, think more deeply, and decide for yourself how to apply it to your own situation.
Do I need an account to read?
You can browse the home page, Explore, and the opening of each article without an account. To read full articles, you need to sign in and have an active Membership. New accounts get a free 7-day trial as soon as they sign up.
How do I find the right article?
Go to Explore to search by keyword, filter by pillar or topic, and sort results. You can also open quick search from the navigation bar.
02
Reading and personalization
Can I change the language of an article?
Yes. When a translation is available, you can switch languages on the reading page using the language selector — for example, starting in Vietnamese and switching to Japanese for bilingual practice. Your general language preference can still be set via the globe icon in the navigation bar; when signed in, your choice is saved to your account. If a translation is not available, the original or an available language will be shown.
What reading tools are available?
Depending on the article, you can use Focus mode to reduce distractions, change font size, adjust a warm reading background, save articles, mark favorites, and share links. Options appear directly on the reading page toolbar.
Do saved articles and favorites sync across devices?
Yes. Saved articles, favorites, and other personal markers are stored in your account on our systems. When you sign in on another browser or device, your data stays in sync — you do not need to set everything up again.
Can I share an article?
You can share a link using the tools on the reading page. Recipients must still meet the article's access requirements. Sharing a link does not grant permission to copy or republish the full content.
03
Membership plans and payments
How does the free 7-day trial work?
When you create an account, you get 7 days of unlimited reading for free. Each account can use the trial only once. The trial needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan by itself; after 7 days, you can choose a plan if you want to keep reading.
Which plans are available and how much do they cost?
Every plan includes the same benefits — unlimited reading of the whole library for the length of the plan — and differs only in duration. Current prices:

The price on the Membership page and at the payment confirmation step is what applies to your transaction.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase, whether you pay in Vietnam via SePay or internationally via Dodo Payments. Buying again adds the new time to what you have left — for example, with 5 days left, buying a yearly plan gives you 370 days.
How do I cancel my plan?
There is nothing to cancel. Plans do not renew automatically, so your Membership simply ends on its expiry date and you are never charged again unless you buy a new plan. We email you before it ends.
When am I actually charged?
Only when you confirm a payment yourself and the transaction succeeds. No plan renews automatically, and the 7-day trial never creates a charge.
Can I get a refund?
Every new account gets 7 days of full Membership for free, so you can read before you pay. Because of that, a purchase is final once the payment is completed. We only refund duplicate charges and payment errors: email support@think2rich.com with your order ID and we handle it within 5 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
How many devices can I use?
Each account can be used on up to 5 devices, and only 1 device can be signed in at a time. When you sign in on a new device, the previous device is signed out automatically. If you go over 5 devices, remove older ones from your Account page.
What happens when my Membership expires?
You can no longer read full articles, including ones you unlocked before. Saved posts, favorites, and account data are kept; when you renew or buy a new plan, you pick up where you left off. Your expiry date is shown in your account after sign-in.
Why do I still click “Unlock” as a member?
The Unlock button helps stop bots from copying the library. Clicking Unlock never charges you or deducts anything. If you open a very large number of new articles in one day, the system may ask for a quick check to make sure you are not a bot.
04
Content and support
Is the content financial, investment, or legal advice?
No. Content is educational and does not replace investment, personal financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not promise income or profits. Verify information and consult qualified professionals before making decisions with significant impact.
How are articles made? Do you use AI?
Articles are written by the Think & Rich editorial team. We use AI to help with drafting; an editor then reviews, fact-checks, edits, and adds original analysis before publication. If you find something inaccurate, please tell us so we can review and fix it.
Can I copy or reuse content?
You may quote reasonably within what the law allows if you attribute the source and link back. You may not bulk-copy, resell, remove copyright notices, bypass access controls, or use content to build a competing dataset without permission.
What should I do if a page or article will not load?
Reload the page, check your connection, try a current browser, and temporarily disable extensions that might block content. If the issue persists, note the URL, time, device/browser, a screenshot of the error, and any related transaction ID before contacting support.
How do I report incorrect content or suspected rights violations?
Provide the article URL, the specific passage, your reason, and documentation of your rights through the official support channel published in the interface. Complete requests help us verify and respond more quickly and fairly.
