1. Scope
This policy covers every paid Membership plan — 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, and Lifetime — whether you pay in Vietnam via SePay or internationally via Dodo Payments. Every plan is a one-time payment.
Every new account receives a free 7-day trial with full access to all articles. The trial involves no payment and does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
2. Purchases are final
Because you can try the full library for free before buying, your Membership is activated as soon as the payment is completed and the purchase is final. We do not refund a completed payment for a change of mind, unused time, or a period you did not use in full.
This policy does not take away any rights that mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you, for example where the service is not supplied as described.
3. Duplicate charges and payment errors
We refund the payment, or the part of it that was charged in error, when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- your payment succeeded but your Membership was not activated, and we cannot activate it;
- you were charged an amount different from the price shown before you confirmed payment (we refund the difference).
Refunding a duplicate or incorrect charge does not affect the Membership you correctly paid for. If an order is refunded in full, only the Membership time that order granted is removed.
4. How to contact us about a charge
Email support@think2rich.com, ideally from the email address on your Think & Rich account, and include:
- Your order ID (in the payment confirmation email or the payment provider's receipt).
- Your account email, the payment date, and the amount charged.
- How you paid (SePay or Dodo Payments) and what went wrong.
Do not send one-time codes, passwords, or full card numbers. We may ask for reasonable verification to make sure the request comes from the account holder.
5. Processing time and method
We review each report within 5 business days of receiving all the information we need, and either fix the problem or refund the incorrect charge.
- Paid via SePay: refunded by bank transfer to the account that made the payment; we may ask you to confirm the receiving account details.
- Paid via Dodo Payments: refunded to your original payment method through the payment provider.
How long the money takes to reach you after we issue the refund depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. No automatic renewal
Every plan, whether paid in Vietnam or internationally, is a one-time payment that does not renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel, and you are never charged again unless you buy a new plan yourself.
We email you before your Membership ends. If you buy again, the new time is added to the time you have left.
7. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, at checkout you agree that we supply digital content immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Your other mandatory rights, such as remedies when digital content is not supplied as described, are not affected.
